New Online Concert Series!

My husband, Dave Owens, aka Raven and the Dove is starting a new online concert series that starts on Monday! He'll be giving away a pair of Velodyne vFree Bluetooth Headphones at each concert the next three Mondays...we have a few pairs of Velodyne's (including the vFree) and LOVE them. Not to mention, they're a $300 value! All you have to do to win is buy a ticket (you name the price) and share the concert details on social media. That's it!

Also, we did a mini photo shoot last night to get some new promo pictures for the series and the new website (coming VERY soon!)...Dave's my toughest subject to photograph because he hates getting his picture taken and always has a very specific idea of what he wants. But I think we got some great shots and he always pushes me to be a better photographer. What do you think of the new pictures?

Places to Eat in Juneau, Alaska ↠ Alaskan Fudge Company.

Alaskan Fudge Company was one of the first shops we stumbled upon in downtown Juneau. I think it was probably the smell that lured me in. It's impossible not to buy something every single time we walk by, thanks to that deliciously sweet chocolate smell that's wafting through the front door and onto the streets.

Our favorite purchases so far are the dark chocolate and coconut candies, dark chocolate with caramel and almond candies, dark chocolate peanut butter cups, and the dark chocolate covered raisins (my favorite, like raisinettes, but better!). Can you tell we love dark chocolate? Theirs is delicious.

...the owner put on a real show for me while I was photographing him making a fresh batch of fudge. Also, please note the "who farted" tshirt in the background. Gotta love it.

If you're stopping in Juneau on a cruise, this is a great place to get a souvenir for friends and family...plus a few snacks for yourself. ;)

As much as I hate to say it, my time in Juneau seems to be dwindling quickly and I still have a list of places to show you guys! Hoping I can get them all in before we go. Is there anywhere I haven't talked about yet that you'd like to see?
