Zoya Pink Palette Swatches

Swatches of the beautiful Zoya Pink Palette. This might be my favorite palette so far, with the Abundance Palette close behind. Sometimes when you get a bundle, there are one or two that you like, but don’t become a favorite. This entire palette has become a favorite and now has the first row spot on my nail wall!

All of Zoya's Nail Polishes have a 10-Free, breathable formula. They have so many colors to choose from, but as they release new collections I’ll be swatching them here and on my socials linked below!

Zoya Gigi

Zoya Gigi

A beautiful watermelon pink color, this one was my top favorite, even though it was so hard to choose!

Zoya Kay

Zoya Kay

This one is described as a bright paradise pink cream polish. It is soooo pretty in person! A close second in the rankings for me.

Zoya Shannon

Zoya Shannon

This one is a gorgeous bubblegum pink color. I guess my favorites are in order, because this one is next or even tied with Kay.

Zoya Maddy

Zoya Maddy

A gorgeous flamingo pink, this one really surprised me! I usually gravitate towards darker colors and I wouldn’t have tried this one on my own, but I would have missed out. It’s so pretty! I think it got the most attention when I shared on my insta stories too.

Zoya Joanie

Zoya Joanie

I don’t normally choose light pink polishes and I wouldn’t have tried this one on my own, but Zoya Joanie is a very beautiful light pink that I will wear again. If you love a lighter nail, this one is beautiful.

Zoya Angel

Zoya Angel

(on top of Joanie)

This is described as a pink lace overlay and it’s a very pretty sparkle topper. This could be used in so many different ways. I really liked it on top of Joanie to give it a little something extra.

Which one is your favorite? Will you be snagging this collection? Pro tip: these polishes are a steal when you do them as a palette. Let me know in the comments! Also, if you enjoy these, stay tuned. They just released two gorrrrgeous fall collections and I’ll be swatching them both as soon as they come!

Flavor Your Life with Pure Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil

We love Extra Virgin Olive Oil in our house and use it often, but I didn’t become an EVOO snob until we lived in Germany. The standards and quality are so much better in Europe for many things, including olive oil!

I love using pure Extra Virgin Olive Oil for recipes, as a carrier for essential oils, and in my skincare routine. This is why I try to choose the best quality I can find. Did you know Extra Virgin Olive Oil is high in oleocanthal, which is a natural compound that has the same anti-inflammatory properties as ibuprofen? I didn’t, but it doesn’t surprise me, EVOO is so good for you!

Random sIde note: someone please help me style my hutch now that Christmas is over and it’s basically empty!

I used Le Stagioni d’ Italia Extra Virgin Olive Oil for this recipe adapted from Flavor Your Life’s website. This 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil has not been heated during processing, that way it retains its full nutritional value and it contains no additives or preservatives.

The pasta recipe was so delicious and the oil was definitely the star of the show. Give this a try if you love a simple pasta with kalamata olives and capers.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound (250 g) of spaghetti

  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and thinly sliced

  • 1-2 tsp red chili flakes

  • 3 oz. Kalamata sliced olives

  • 1 Tbs capers, drained

  • Freshly grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta as directed by package.

  2. Drain pasta and save 1/3 to ½ cups of the cooking water for later use.

  3. Heat Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until slightly golden and fragrant.

  4. Add the chili flakes, olives, and capers. Mix well.

  5. Add the cooking water to the mixture and simmer for 2 minutes.

  6. Toss the cooked pasta with the mixture and cook for 2 more minutes.

  7. Sprinkle parmesan on top. Serve warm.
