Places to Eat in Juneau, Alaska ↠ Tracy's King Crab Shack.

Tracy's King Crab Shack has been at the top of the list of places I wanted to try here in Juneau for forever now. It's been featured on a bunch of TV shows, like Top Chef and Today Show! Right before I left for my trip to Kansas, I realized summer would be coming to an end here in Juneau as I got back, so I wanted to try Tracy's before I left.

We got the Crab Shack Combo, which comes with 1 king crab leg, 4 crab cakes, garlic rolls, and the lobster bisque. Obviously the crab was delicious, but I have to say the crab cakes and soup were our favorite. The lobster bisque is amaaaaaaaazing! Seriously. Try it. 

I'm so glad we went on a nice day and were able to sit outside and enjoy the view. I always love a spot with a great patio, and it's extra fun here in Juneau with all the tourists that come from all over the world. I'm hoping to make it back at least once more to grab a bowl of the lobster bisque...mmm....

A new adventure!

I'm sooooooo excited to announce our newest adventure! Dave and I (and Atka) are moving...BACK to Austin! Leaving Austin was the hardest out of all of our moves so far because I made some wonderful friends there and started my photography business there (and have wonderful clients in the area).

I can't wait to be back in one of my favorite cities!

Alaska has been such an amazing adventure, but we're ready to be closer to friends and family. It will be SO nice to be within driving distance of everyone...and, let's face it, places like Target, Sephora, and a real mall. ;)
